Fortnite is getting bigger than ever.
Since the launch of the Season 6 of Fortnite and the debut of the Fortnite Zero Crisis Finale, every fan in the world has been wondering who is voicing The Foundation. Well, it looks like the biggest “rock”-star in sports entertainment is behind that masked voice.
While Epic Games hasn’t said anything about it so far and despite mysteriously declined to tell who is The Foundation’s voice actor when contacted earlier this week; fans have accumulated evidence that suggests Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson voices the character.
Including The Foundation’s chest armor that looks similar to The Rock’s chest Samoan tattoo and bulky body. Also, in Fortnite’s files; The Foundation’s voice lines are kept in a folder titled “DJ”… They seem to be pretty sure that this “DJ” stands for Dwayne Johnson.
On March 16, the day of the Zero Crisis Finale, The Rock posted a video on Instagram talking about the day being “big” in a “certain world and in a certain culture” that is connected to his own.
He also talks about the hard work he has done has all been to “strengthen, evolve, and grow the force known as…” Guest what? “The Foundation”.
He said all of this before delivering his famous signature raised eyebrow.
Coincidence? I don’t think so.
In fact, Donald Mustard, Epic Games’ CCO, liked this Instagram video, can you smell it?

At the end of the Zero Crisis Finale cinematic sequence (shown below), you can hear the barely identifiable voice of the Foundation.
The Zero Crisis Finale’s cinematic shows us the popular Jonesy character in his Agent Jones outfit fighting against many familiar NPCs and crossover characters as he’s trying to reach the Zero Point.
The Zero Point is starting to collapse at Fortnite Island and Jonesy is doing everything we can to save not only the game’s universe but also the other Multiverses.
He decides to enlist The Seven when he realizes that there is nothing he can do on his own. The Seven are a group of mysterious characters that we know almost nothing about them.
The thrilling thing is that the organization Jonesy is part of forbids him from enlisting them.
Despite that, he does it. He calls the first member of the Seven; The Foundation. This mysterious character hides both his body and face behind high-tech armor.
You can still hear the person behind the mask despite his voice being edited.
The Foundation is a true mystery, but he will help Jonesy out by sealing the Zero Point with them inside. We, the fans, are pretty sure that this enigmatic character will return most likely at the end of this new season.
Going back to Dwayne voicing The Foundation… This isn’t something shocking because a lot of famous people had tied with Fortnite nowadays, but having Dwayne voicing a character will make Fortnite more enjoyable and bigger.
